No, email hosting is not included. However, we can setup Google business email that works well with your website for an additional fee.

No, we do not require any deposits. You only pay RM375/month. Work starts after payment has been made, and the website will be delivered to you within 7 days.

If you cancel before the 6 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost (RM6,750) minus whatever you already paid. We prioritize long term relationships with our partners. And we want partners to share the same philosophy.

Every invoice comes with a 7 day grace period to be paid. If an invoice is not paid within 7 days, there will be a RM50 late fee applied. If you still have not paid after the 7 day grace period, we can cancel the contract and will resume service after payment (including the late fee) has been made. We are generally very flexible and understanding of certain situations and often times offer assistance and help. But if there is no communication or replies to our messages, we have to take certain precautions to make sure we are paid for our time and effort in making the site and not being taken advantage of.

No, the website is a service, not a product. All work produced by us remains our intellectual property. You do not own the website, but you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it as long as you pay the monthly fee. You may not duplicate, reuse, or modify the design or code for use elsewhere. Unauthorized use or replication of the Service Provider's work constitutes copyright infringement.

Unlimited edits are included with your subscription. Just let us know what changes you need, and we'll update your website for you. Alternatively, you can access the website's content management system (CMS) to make changes yourself.

Yes, you always own your domain. We never take hostages! We can help maintain your domain at market price (RM150/year), or transfer it to another registrar.
